West Bengal State Council of Technical Education conducted the online counselling process for the admission of students into first year Diploma courses. Online and offline choice filling form is available 6th July 2013 to 25th July 2013. Students who got selected in JEXPO 2013 merit list can fill the online choice filling based on their choice and allotment of colleges will be based on the JEXPO 2013 cut-off rank. Candidates who are submitted the choice filling form earlier will get the admission based on the cut-off marks.

JEXPO 2013 online counselling process has been enabled by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education with special portal. Candidates are requested to visit the official link www.webscte.org, enroll your registration with Index number, Enrollment number and Date of birth. After doing the successful registration process, candidates can fill the choice filling form either online or offline by providing the required data and save the choice filing form and submit.

Allocation of seats to the candidates will be made based on the online counselling process with the name of the institute and the Branch. Successful allotted candidates must get the printout copy of seat allotment letter in the official portal of counselling web site exam.ucanapply.com/jexpocounselling.

Seat allocation and allotted candidates list with the the name of the institute and the Branch will be published online at official portals www.webscte.org or http://exam.ucanapply.com/jexpocounselling on 27th July 2013. The successful allottee must report at the institute for document verification and final admission. Rs.500/- should be drawn as DD in favour of ‘West Bengal State Council of Technical Education’ payable at Kolkata for the admission fee.
