Filling & Alteration of choices by the candidates for Admission Round-1 can be done between 4th July 2013 and 7 July 2013 for 3 days.

Students who are interested and completed +2 Board examination in Gujarat Government Gujarat Board Examination applied for Gujarat Diploma Engineering Counselling Admission 2013-14.Students are requested to submit the online application after doing the online Registration at official portal www.gujdiploma.nic.in.

Candidates who are registered and applied for Gujarat Diploma Engineering Admission 2013-14 can now fill up the choice filing form online for choosing their choices of courses and institutes. Stundents can fill up the choice filling form online by log in into Candidate's Space using their credential given at the time of registration.  For filling up of the choices of courses and institutes the candidates are allowed from 27 June 2013 to 30 June 2013. This would be considered as mock round and candidates can fill or update the alteration choices of courses & institutes from 4th July 2013 to 7th July 2013. Mock round of allotment of seats and final seat allotments will be done by ACPDC and declared final allotment result on the website www.gujdiploma.nic.in.

Gujarat Diploma Choice filling online 2013 Procedures:

1. Candidates  must visit the official portal http://www.gujdiploma.nic.in. 
2. Candidates/Students have to login using the course, User ID, Password, 14 digit PIN No and Green Number which is displayed in the portal.
3. Click on Available Choices button after you logged into Candidates Space. Available choices will show the available choices as per the students eligibility.
4. Candidates choose from available choices by clicking fill Choices button.
5. Candidates can ADD either single choice or multiple choices according to their preferences.
6. Candidates can also modify and save choices by clicking on the respective buttons.
7. Finally Candidates have to lock their choices by click on LOCK CHOICES button.
8. If you want to modify your data, you can unlock and modify with in the locking period.

PS: Once the locking period is over you are not able to modify and the data will be available for processes of seats allotment by ACPDC.
