Candidates who complete B.Ed course and looking for job in Teaching Field in Maharashtra can apply for Maha TET 2013 which is conducted by Maharashtra State Examination Council every year. Maharashtra TET 2013 Lower Primary Paper I( For Class I to V):

Total Number of Multiple choice questions  (MCQ) : 150
Time Duration : one and half hours

Questions will be asked from following Sections. Each Section will have 30 MCQs and each carries 1 marks for total of 30 marks.
  1. Child Development and Pedagogy
  2. Language I
  3. Language II
  4. Mathematics
  5. Environmental Studies
Maharashtra TET 2013 Upper Primary Paper I( For Class VI to VIII):

Total Number of Multiple choice questions  (MCQ) : 150
Time Duration : one and half hours

Questions will be asked from following Sections. Each Section will have 30 MCQs and each carries 1 marks for total of 30 marks.
  1. Child Development and Pedagogy
  2. Language I (compulsry)
  3. Language II (compulsry)
  4. a. For Mathematics & Science Teacher :Mathematics & Science
    b. For Social Science/Social Studies Teacher: Social Science
  5. For any other Teacher either a or b
  6. Environmental Studies
