Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University will publish the Uttar Pradesh Combined premedical test 2014 Notification for the students who are looking for the Admission in various medical courses such as MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery), BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery).

Students who completed 12th with good academic percentage and studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics or any other elective subject can apply for UP CPMT 2014.

Application Form Fee:

General/OBC category: Rs 1280/- (including counseling charges)
SC/ST category: Rs 680/- (including counseling charges)
